Click the +Details on the right side. (Chrome 21.0.1 beta) Go to your Shockwave Flash section Disable the pepflashplayer.dll [PPAPI(out-of-process) component]. Refresh whatever flash page you're looking at and it should work. It's just a work around for now but it works.
